In LastChaos, with the weapon or armor melded, the item is not tradeable. To take off the item to trade or sell, you would have to purchase the Big Book of UnMelding. Simple click the book and put the item in the square and confirm. The book then seperates to two, so that you will have an item that now is tradeable.

Now if you unmeld an item(Last Chaos Gold), the cover or outfit is still good. It will not vanish from your inventory till the 30 days are up. So if you had a weapon with cover for 2 weeks and then upgrade your weapon to the next level. Comment: The first thing that annoyed you was the lack of selection in your Last Chaos character. If you played a Titan, you have to play a male, with the same body type as everyone titan and you could have 3 face options.
